Beaumont Wines Wedding

What a party! Wow! James and Nombuso’s wedding drew people from all over, Zimbabwe, Botswana, UK and of course good ole’ South Africa, with so many divers cultures celebrating the same love it was hard for a HUGE party not to take place.

I enjoyed every element of this wedding, from the sweet farm style decor right through to the ground breaking dance floor. Beaumont Wines in Botriver was the chosen venue for this affair, located walking distance from the Bot River Hotel and rustic train station I was spoilt with too many photo opportunities.

Take a look at their engagement shoot done in Woodstock!

Dieu Donne Take 2

Dylan and Tracy approached me over a year ago to cover their wedding! After meeting them for their engagement shoot in October I knew their wedding was going to be a blast! The Dieu Donne Restaurant in Franschhoek was the perfect setting for this hot party.

See Nicole and Paddy’s Wedding also at Dieu Donne.

In the heart of Cape Town

When thinking of a unique location for an engagement shoot one tends to over look what is right in front of them. I have been living in Cape Town for a couple of years now and it never occurred to me to do a shoot in the city Gardens. But when Jo and Andrea suggested it, it dawned on me that it is the obvious choice, an all in one location in the heart of Cape Town.

Cant wait to photograph their wedding later this month in Robertson.:)

This is going to be one fun wedding!

With love, Woodstock

There is always an element of nerves when returning to a location for a shoot after a long period of time. When Nombuso suggested heading to Woodstock for her and James’ engagement shoot I was more then happy to oblige, but I hadn’t shot in Woodstock for well over a year. However as I should have known, it never disappoints, and finding the Old Biscuit Mill deserted was an added bonus.

Cant wait to photograph James and Nombuso’s wedding later this month. x
